Privacy Policy

Good Options Home Buyers is a program of the Brewer Home Team (“we,” “us”), a real estate team with Keller Williams Realty North Atlanta. This policy explains what information we collect on goodoptionshomebuyers.com and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you ask for a cash offer and listing estimate, we collect what you type into our form: your name, phone number, email address (optional), the property address, the home’s condition, and, if you choose to share them, your timeframe and situation. We also record whether you checked the separate text-message box.
Our form also notes how you found us (for example, the ad or web page you came from) so we can tell which of our ads are useful. Our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical details such as your IP address and browser type. If we use Google Analytics, it collects general information about how visitors use the site.
How we use your information
- To contact you about your request by phone or email, and by text only if you checked the text-message box
- To visit the home and prepare a cash offer and an estimate of what listing could net you
- If you ask for a cash offer, we may share the property details you gave us with our own buying entity (a company connected to our team) so it can prepare that offer. That company buys for its own account, and we’ll tell you so in writing before you sign anything.
- With your permission, to introduce you to a title company, closing attorney, or local service providers who can help with your sale
- To protect our website from spam and abuse
What we never do
We never sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as described above, as you direct, or as required by law.
Text messages
We send text messages only to people who check the separate text-message box on our form. Checking it is optional and is not required to get a consultation or an offer. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any message to opt out of texts at any time.
Calls and email
When you submit our form, you’re asking us to contact you by phone or email about your request. You can ask us to stop calling or emailing you at any time.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are helpful. It uses cookies and similar tools that collect information such as pages viewed and general location. Your browser may also briefly store how you arrived at our site so it can be sent along with your form. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
How we protect your information
Our website uses a secure, encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Form submissions are stored in a private location that is not publicly accessible.
